Two options are available! Pay online via our website (found on the homepage) or through your mobile device via our SmartHub app. Besides paying your account, use SmartHub to sign up for AutoPay, view billing and usage history, report outages, and much more! Check it out. You will be glad you did!

Save time and make things easy with AutoPay! Payments are made through E-check directly from your checking account on the due date (24th of the month). Signing up is easy through SmartHub, available online or through the app.

 

Payments can be made 24/7 by calling our 844-975-2743. Payments can be made via E-check, debit card, or credit card. You may also sign up for automatic payments.

EnerStar members can use InComm or MoneyGram to make instant cash payments toward their billing statement. Locations include Walmart, Dollar General, CVS, Speedway, and more. The provider charges a nominal fee.

Payments may be made at our office at 11597 IL Highway 1, Paris, Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.

A drive-up payment box is conveniently located in the front of EnerStar's parking lot. Members should enter from the north and pull up on the driver's side. Payments received after 7:00 am are posted the next business day.

Mail payments with a check or money order to EnerStar Electric Cooperative, 11597 IL Highway 1, Paris, IL 61944. Please do not send cash in the mail.
