Two options available! Pay online via our website (found on the homepage) or through your mobile device via our SmartHub app. Besides paying your account, use SmartHub to sign up for AutoPay, view billing and usage history, report outages, and much more! Check it out. You will be glad you did!
Payments can be made 24/7 by calling our 888-999-4201. Payments can be made via E-check, debit card or credit card. You may also sign up for automatic payments.
EnerStar members can use either MoneyGram or InComm to make instant cash payments toward their billing statement. Locations include Walmart, Dollar General, CVS, Speedway, and more. There is a nominal fee charged by the provider.
Save time and make things easy with AutoPay! Call the office to sign up for payments from your checking account or sign up online or through SmartHub for payments through e-check or debit/credit card.
Payments may be made at our office located at 11597 IL Highway 1, Paris, on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.
A drive-up payment box is conveniently located in the front of EnerStar's parking lot. Members should enter from the north and pull up on the driver’s side. Payments received after 7:00 am are posted the next business day.
