EnerStar Electric Cooperative is a not-for-profit electric cooperative. We are owned and controlled by our member-owners who purchase electricity from us. The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are adopted by the members for the governing, regulation, and accountability of cooperative business affairs. Only the membership, by majority vote, can alter, amend, or repeal these Bylaws at an Annual Meeting of Members. The last bylaws amendments were approved in June 2022.
