EnerStar Electric Cooperative is a not-for-profit electric cooperative. We are owned and controlled by our member-owners who purchase electricity from us. The Articles of Incorporation are the primary rules governing the management of the cooperative and are filed with the state of Illinois. At the Annual Meeting of Members, bylaws are adopted by the member-owners for the governing, regulation, and accoutability of cooperative affairs.
