We are willing to work with you by making payment arrangements or
helping you locate an outside source for help.

Home Energy Assistance Program
LIHEAP is designed
to assist eligible households with their energy services. The amount of the payment is determined by income,
household size, fuel type and geographic location.
In east-central Illinois,
LIHEAP funds are administered through the Embarrass River Basin Agency
(ERBA). Assistance is only provided to
households that have made a good faith effort to maintain their
energy services or can pay a portion of the amount owed for
reconnection.
