As a not-for-profit electric cooperative, EnerStar Electric Cooperative holds an annual meeting for our members in March of each year. At the meeting, members democratically elect fellow members to serve on the board of directors, vote on proposed bylaw amendments, and have the opportunity to meet with current directors and cooperative employees. Prior to the business meeting, cooperative members enjoy a complimentary breakfast served by cooperative employees and register to win valuable prizes. If you receive electricity from EnerStar, you are a member-owner of our cooperative and invited to attend!
